Seeding radishes, turnips and lettuce in the pepper house to have for our early markets before the peppers go in... so thankful for the beautiful four seasons here #eastwardgardens #adagra #adventistagThe long awaited move... God is so good! #eastwardgardens #adventistag #adagraWe are officially maxed out in the living room! #familyroomfarming #adventistag #adagra #eastwardgardensIntroducing our not so new but improved starts house. We have decided to make a dividing wall... using plastic and zip ties so that it can be removable ...and heat the front end so that we can move our starts out earlier... first out will be onions and leeks! Praise God for His provisions. #adagra #adventistagHoliness, which means wholeness to God, is wholly acceptable to God. A Paul may plant, an Apollos water, but God giveth the increase. “He that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting” (Galatians 6:8). ... In the natural world unseen agencies are constantly at work to produce the essential results, but the harvest to be reaped depends upon the seed that has been sown. After man faithfully prepares the land, and plants the seed, God must work constantly to cause the seed to germinate. – {UL 273.3} #eastwardgardens #adventistagHappy onions! There is so much potential for Eastward Gardens 5th season...praise God from whom all blessing flow! #happyharvestEastward Gardens best nine of 2016. This season was filled with so many firsts... first season that our moms have been so involved in all the farm happenings, first time we have went to farmers market throughout December, first Jasper CSA drop (thanks @molly_buehler) and the first time we have had a consistent helper (Chris) every month throughout this season. What a blessing 2016 has been and we so look forward to what God has planned for us this coming year! Thank you friends and families for all the love and support!
